- Booking information (your contact details and booking dates).
- Registration information about your dog (routine, feeding, medical and veterinary details) so we can care for them safely.
- Proof of vaccinations / vet evidence where required.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and check availability.
- To arrange and manage bookings.
- To look after your dog safely and follow their routine and any veterinary guidance.
- To meet local authority licensing requirements where applicable.
Lawful basis
We process your information because it’s necessary to respond to your request and provide a service (contract), and because we have legitimate interests in running our business safely. For any sensitive information about your dog’s health, we use it only to provide safe care.
How we store and share information
Form submissions are emailed to us and stored securely. We do not sell your data. We share information only where needed — for example, with a veterinary practice in an emergency, or to meet licensing requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Where we retain copies of vaccination proof/clinical history, we may keep a copy for up to 2 years in line with record-keeping expectations.
