Frequently asked questions
If you don’t see your question here, just message us — we’re happy to help.
- How do I check availability?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your dates and your dog’s details. We’ll confirm availability and arrange an introduction visit. - Do you require an introduction visit?
Yes. We require an introduction visit before any booking so you and your dog can feel comfortable and confident about the stay. - What sizes of dogs do you accept?
Small and medium dogs only. - How many dogs do you take at once?
Up to 5 dogs, but they must be from the same household. - Do you accept unneutered dogs?
Yes — we can accept unneutered dogs. What matters most to us is your dog’s temperament and how comfortable they’ll be in our home. That’s why we require an introduction visit before any booking. - Do you have other pets or children in the home?
No. There are no other animals and no children in the home. - Will my dog be left home alone?
We provide constant companionship — your dog will not be left home alone. - What should I bring?
Please bring your dog’s food, any medication, comfort items, and anything that helps them settle (such as a favourite blanket). If your dog is crate-trained and you’d like them to use a crate, please bring it with you. - Where will my dog sleep?
We aim to replicate your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible. We’ll talk through your preferences during the introduction visit. - How much does it cost?
£35 per night for the first dog, with 50% off each additional dog from the same household. See the Pricing page for examples.
